Return Policy
If you need to return any items, please email or call us. The Amenities Store hours are 9am to 6pm, M-F, ET. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns are generally accepted on most merchandise. Please contact The Amenities Store within 7 business days of delivery to inquire about a return, damaged or incorrect product. Restocking fees may applied. The custom is responsible to pay all postage for returns (does not apply to damaged or incorrect product).
